I was busy “doing”…leading a team in my corporate life as Executive, working for a company that didn’t appreciate all of the efforts and only wanted more of me and wasn’t aligned to my values. Having a side hustle and passion project that I believed so fiercely in building while still working. Being a new wife, mother, coach and mentor…while still trying to be a good friend, sister, daughter and niece….I was exhausted when I woke up and went to be bed, and I didn’t feel fulfilled or whole in any of it.

This is why I took a fantastically magical and scary leap to build the Soul2Sole brand and offer the retreats that I so desperately needed when I was where you are. The one I have been dreaming of offering for the last 10 years. Welcome to the Soul2Sole headquarters. It is a dream location where I develop my coaching concepts, host retreats, and develop the Soul2Sole Academy lessons. I knew I needed a place big enough to support you in your transformation.
